Beautiful shoes… terrible condition

I think these shoes were worn. They were sent to me in sad condition. No shoe bag. Box looked like it had been through a lot. I’m keeping them bc I need to wear them for an outfit this week, but Bloomingdale’s quality control was disappointing.
