Runs small, very long, tinsel around neck

Online ratings for Likely mention that their dresses run small on top, and are long in length. This was consistent with my experience with this dress. I am usually a size four, and purchased a size six, which fit through the top. The dress was much longer on me than on the model. I am 5'3" and the dress nearly reached my ankles.
