Useless. just beautiful

I really wanted to like it because it looks beautiful, but it is not practical. Every time I try to tear off a paper towel, the entire roll comes off with it. I have to hold the roll with one hand while pulling a towel with the other because the bottom is too smooth and doesn’t provide enough grip or stability. For such an expensive item, I expected it to work much better. Unfortunately, it is more decorative than functional.

Exquisite Gift for a Graduate
