Great Training Shoe

I bought this training shoe after trying my favorite brand, which were very uncomfortable and too stiff. These SM Adidas are perfect comfortable and cute on and....got them at a good price. I would definitely recommend this shoe.

Great for HIIT

Great for stability during HIIT classes due to wide toe box, rigid bottom and support at the instep. It gives me a good flat bottom to confidently lift heavier. I use a thicker sock to give me some cushion and bounce for cardio sets.
