Missing 1 button and the rest of the buttons loose

Top button was missing upon delivery and the remaining buttons were so loose that some of them came off even BEFORE I tried the dress on. I can sew them back but I don’t know how it’ll hold off as I wear the dress and move around. I would say it’s true to size and the fabric is really pretty

Received a worn garment that smelled of body odor.

I was just shocked to receive a dress that had clearly been worn and smelled of body odor. Just so disappointed in Bloomingdales quality control. Yuck!
