Great Coffee Maker, Horrible Bloomingdales

First super automatic coffee maker for me. Reasonably easy to set up and operate. Does a nice job cleaning itself each use. Temp could be hotter. Maybe there is an additional setting. Have not figured out how to swap the menu of products yet. It does not display all listed products on the screen. For example cafe latte does not show up as an icon on the panoramic display. Pricey, but happy I made the purchase. Also, purchased the milk cooler which is very conveniet. Dealing with Bloomimgdales on a new AmEx was rediculous. The $6k online purchase on a new card apparently triggered a fraud alert. Spent 4 to 5 hours talking to 10 different people in customer service (off shore) with no resolution. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Will pay off the card, throw it in the trash and never do business with Bloomingdales again after I spend the loyalty dollars.

Terrible No Support

I have been buying this brand for several years, while they have some unique features but in recent years quality is poor, leaks, and support from the company is almost till. Would not recommend.!

Frustrating purchase but machine good

The one I ordered initially was used.. very long and frustrating ‘story’ and really upset how Bloomy handled this. Took time , about 6 weeks, to get another one and ended up costing more. I bought this as a present, needless to say everybody was disappointed.
