my magnificent pot

An excellent pot. At first glance, I thought it was small, but it’s not—it’s deceptive. I have the 5.5-quart model, and I fell in love with it after seeing how well it cooks; it is very, very good.

Zojirushi vs Tiger

I bought this for my Japanese wife and she likes it better then the Tiger rice cooker we have , now the Tiger sits in the cabinet

Fuse is soldered to power supply, terrible design.

The fuse is soldered to the power supply, you don't sell power supplies. fuse is never even mentioned in the manual. It is absurd for me to have to take it apart and solder a fuse for something so expensive. Will not be repairing it or using any further Zojirushi products. I can't believe how stupid this is. I am not mailing some crap in for repairs for a fuse... ridiculous.

Have considered investing in a nice rice cooker for some time...and have absolutely Loved this one since it arrived. Amazing rice! Easy to use, and feels extremely well made. Zero regrets.
