Regular White Rice typically takes about 52 to 59 minutes because the preprogrammed soaking and steaming stages are designed to deliver the best texture and flavor. If you’re short on time, the Quick setting can prepare rice in approximately 28 to 37 minutes. You can also use the Timer setting to have your rice finish exactly when you need it. We appreciate your feedback and hope these options make your rice-cooking experience more convenient.

Best Rice Ever

Great - Until it Breaks

This rice cooker was good for a while, but it died outside of warranty. It still makes rice, but the screen is totally messed up. I bought this expecting it to be a great long term purchase. If it does break, you will learn that they do not sell replacement parts and you have to ship it into a service center to be serviced. The closest one to me is 4 states away and has expensive diagnostic fees - it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Very disappointed in the long term value for the price of the cooker.

flawless rice, every time.

I held out for YEARS because I was convinced the rice from my electric pressure cooker was great… oh boy was I wrong. Got this for the programmable starts and keep warm features… only to discover what truly perfect rice could be like.
