Gold Standard Niacinamide

I can't buy this often, as it's pretty hefty priced. However, when i feel like my skin is just not doing well, it's barrier ability compromised, looks and feels rough, then this is when I swipe my credit card to purchase it. The whole bottle lasts me for about 4-6 weeks. I can tell when it starts to work coz my pores become smoother and my skin gets this reflective aka glassy effect that lasts for a prolly a month more after i finish the bottle.

One of my favorite

I really like the texture and light smell of this product. It sinks well in my skin and gives me a nice healthy dewy glow. It goes well with my other products. I’m already on my 3rd bottle.

Needs a conversation

I ordered this serum online. I can't rate this item because when it arrived, it came in a box without any cellophane wrapper, the dropper was already in the bottle, and the receipt was just taped to the box with the price label stuck to the bottom. In the same order, I received another Dr. Sturm serum (same price and series) that was fully sealed in cellophane, the bottle had a standard fitted lid and the dropper was separate in the box and obviously unopened. I refuse to use something that appears opened already before it was even sent to me. Probably a returned item or a sample. It's going back.

Nice but not amazing

I received a sample of this which lasted for a few days as a little goes a long way. It felt nice on the skin, no sensitivity, and did make my dry skin feel hydrated. That being said, I wouldn’t say the results were that dramatic and couldn’t tell this apart from much more affordable products. Maybe with long term use there would be more benefit but not something I’d purchase at this price point.

THE BETTER B NIACINAMIDE SERUM

I tried this as a sample and really liked the consistency of the serum and the fact it's not fragranced. A little definitely goes a long way, I could generously apply to my face, neck, and décolletage. I didn't find it absorbed that easily into my face as could still see some white residue but it didn't matter as I was trying at night. In the morning, my skin and pores did look improved. The price point is not for me though.

Skin looks bright

Skin is bright and clear looking. Helps fade dark spots a little. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t bother it.

Good as a treatment

I tried a sachet of this and found that I had good results - no sensitivity, absorbed well, and I did have some blocked pores which seemed to recover. I have given this 4 stars as I only had enough for 3 or 4 days so couldn't come to a proper conclusion. I do find thought that Dr Barbara Sturm is an excellent brand.
