  • Key Ingredients

    - Cocoa Butter: Expressed from the roasted seeds of the cocoa plant, cocoa butter is solid at room temperature but melts at body temperature. Within Kiehl's formulas, it helps lubricate and soften skin.
    - Shea Butter: Obtained from the fruit of the African karate tree, shea butter is widely used in lotions and cleansing products. Within Kiehl's formulas, shea butter is known to help defend against dehydration, restore suppleness and improve the appearance of dry skin.
    - Squalane: A signature Kiehl's ingredient, squalane is a highly refined botanical lipid derived from olives. Squalane absorbs easily and is known to help replenish skin's barrier.

  • How To Use It

    To refill, unscrew the pouch cap and pour the product into a bottle of your choice, being careful not to touch the product and leaving enough room for the pump. Screw in the pump and you're good to go! Gently massage this lotion into dry areas. Allow it to soak in several minutes before dressing. Apply after bath or shower or anytime, as often as necessary.

Love the sustainable refill option!

I have been looking for a body lotion that comes in sustainable packing for a while, and though there are some options out there, they are generally not the best quality or else still contain a lot of plastic. I ordered this lotion based on previous reviews and was very pleasantly surprised. It is a nice creamy consistency (on the thicker side, but that was what I was looking for) and does a good job on dry skin and absorbs quickly. It is pricey, but I'm hoping it will last a long time--very happy with this purchase!

Chronic dry skin

This is the only lotion I have found that will keep my skin hydrated and smooth for more than an hour. I have been using it for many years and it is not worth trying anything else.
