Poor shipping quality

Product is great however..

As much as I love the product I was disappointed in the shipping. The boxed product bottle was not wrapped or protected in the shipping bag so the box was smashed and the bottle arrived broken. I scooped the creme out and into the empty bottle of its predesessor so its still usable. Suggestion, consider wrapping the box in some bubble wrap before placing in the shipping bag in the future to avoid a mishap like this.

Best eye cream I've found!

When I turned 30 I noticed my under eyes were getting very dry especially during harsher winter months, and I went on a quest to find the best eye cream that actually was moisturizing without feeling dry after 5 minutes. I tried tons of products but finally got turned on to this product when my mother in law told me she had been using it for years. She looked great for 60 so decided to try it. I've loved it ever since and always have backups on hand. I never want to be without this!!!

A big NO to this new formula

I was a Bobbi Brown loyal customer for skin care from they introduced the EXTRA line that was maybe a couple of decades ago. It worked so well for me. But the changes to this Eye Cream is the last straw to ruin a line that was one a good one.

Great eye cream

I used this eye cream years ago when I received a sample. Afterwards I purchased and used it for a long time, but recently came back to this product. It does not disappoint! I am unsure of the reformulation as mentioned by other reviewers but I have not noticed a difference. I will continue to use this product.

Best…

Been using for as long as I can remember.. started with eye cream repair then moved to extra repair as I got older. Perfect for under concealer.. I'm 70 yrs old & my eyes don't show it.. Always get asked what I use…. It's the eye cream girls..!! Love it til I die!❤️
