Shade coverage leaves much to be desired
Disappointed with Shade and Application - Granted, I am quite fair-skinned, but I was surprised by how dark the Light-Medium shade turned out to be — it was completely unusable for me. I tried to make it work, but like other reviewers mentioned, the formula felt finicky. It applied heavily and sat on the skin rather than blending in naturally, which may have been worsened by the mismatched color. Overall, it just didn’t work for me.

Finally I found you!
Perfect ! I have trued over a dozen finishing powders and this is worth $$$ Takes shine away lightly, gives color for reference I have lied to medium skin and I purchased the medium deep color , this is almost like a bronzer without the shine. I blurred all my small pores Will keep buying!

Chantecaille at its signature elegance best …
I love Chantecaille as a really beautifully presented and reliably effective brand of cruelty free sophistication . Although I have used a number of Chantecaille products over the years and currently , this was a first time try for me . I had read about its finely milled light yet enhancing coverage properties , but at quite a high price for a somewhat ‘non essential’ product , I waited to succumb until it was on a special price offer . I am so very glad I did as it’s simply marvellous to use and to wonder at its subtle blurring effect over concealer / fine lines etc . It could be used across the face of course and look ‘finished ‘ as it were . However I prefer to use as a targeted blurry final cover over any problem areas I identify whether fine frown lines , breakouts , under eyes. I just can’t recommend it highly enough for just about anyone of any age and any complexion . As a bonus, the packaging is just gorgeously dark and elegant in true Chantecaille style , with a compact mirror for touch ups as well . Do but it if you can with two shades to choose from , I don’t think you will be disappointed .

On the fence!
I'm on the fence about it. Sometimes I use it and it feels like I didn't apply anything, other times, it gets really heavy. Layering or application method doesn't make a huge difference. Any ways, I still reach for it occasionally, I do like the tone for my skin, but I still get oily and see some product separation around my T zone specifically.

This brand is addictive
I have quickly found that Chantecaille is FAST becoming one of my "must have" brands. I am becoming addicted to all things from this brand. The only thing stopping me is the price, this brand is luxury! Luxury quality, with the luxury pricing to match. I couldnt help myself after reading reviews on this powder - i had to try. It is soft, light and i found it really did help minimise my pores. I use it as a finishing powder, and it is now a perfect addition to my makeup routine.

Blurring finish
This perfect blur powder works beautifully to complete your make up look. I have the charlotte tilbury airbrush finishing powder and the hourglass radiant finish powder. All three are a joy to use and in different price brackets so my recommendations based on your choice. However, i use this one on special occasions when I take my time to do my make up and need the make up to look good for a whole day such as attending a wedding or anytime where I wont have time for touch up's or able to check if im cakey or shiny etc this powder really does blur your make up and leaves a soft almost airbrushed look
