HOW TO USE IT:
- Apply following skin care or the application of pre-makeup base.
- Shake the bottle several times with the cap on. Pump once, dispense foundation onto fingers or back of hand, then apply to five points: forehead, nose, chin and both cheeks. Spread evenly over face.

My favorite foundation
Clé de Peau has been my go to foundation for years. I love how it makes my skin look polished and naturally radiant, with a beautiful finish that still looks like skin. It's pricey, but it's one of the few makeup products I keep coming back to. A staple in my makeup routine!

Simply the best cream foundation.
I found Cle de Peau a couple years ago and always make sure to have it with me. It has made getting ready a luxury. The foundation is easy to apply and breathable, does not feel thick and heavy or cakey at all.

Enjoy this foundation
A tiny bit goes a long way. Covers with a solid medium coverage. The light to medium neutral is a bit lighter than I would have expected. I have never worn a medium skin tone which would have been the next level up. I make it work, but the shade is a tiny bit light. I got the matte version because I wanted something that would last through hot humid summer days. I do find myself wishing I had tried the glow version instead. It can look a little makeup'y at first, but settles in to look natural. I do think I will repurchase, but I would like to try it on in store next time. I may switch to the glow version, or a different shade. I have tried a lot of foundations. I have mature, healthy, 59 year old well taken care of skin.

Better mattes exist
This matte might be great if you have really oily skin, but on my normal skin it just looked like one of those flat mattes, felt like an outdated formula to me - kind of emphasized my lines which does not happen with other matte foundations. If you don’t have oily skin, try this one as a sample first and wear it all day before purchase to see what I mean
I will purchase again.
This foundation has the perfect amount of coverage. It leaves my skin looking filtered and hydrated.
