Perfect coffee maker
The nespresso creatista pro makes one of the best coffees for me!! The coffee mousse is delicious! And the machine has a beautiful design and doest take too much space in your kitchen

Disgrace of a machine and Service
Do not buy this machine have been through two of them. The steam one blocks up can’t clear ends up in a loop. This is my second one failed. After less than six months. They will not refund or exchange rather make me send it in for a service, which means I’m without it for 14 days and then it just happens again disgrace of a machine and a disgrace of a service. Do not recommend at all.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. You can try these steps to clear the steam wand blockage: - Ensure the water tank is full. Take out the cleaning tool pin from under the water tank, then unscrew and remove the steam wand tip. - Use the pin tool to clear each hole, and soak the tip and cap in warm water with non-abrasive dish soap for 5 minutes before rinsing and drying. Next, check the O-rings for any damage and replace if necessary. - Reattach the steam tip securely. Fill the milk jug with fresh water to the max line, insert the wand, and run a steam cycle; repeat this 3 to 4 times to dissolve internal buildup. - Remove the jug and press the steam purge button for 3 seconds, repeating 5 times. Finally, unscrew the tip and cap again, wash them with soap and warm water, dry, and securely reattach. If the issue persists, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team so we can further troubleshoot and assist. ☕💛
A Worthwhile Uograde
This machine is easy to use and to follow the display screen. An added bonus is that the milk frother works at the same time as coffee extraction. for flat white function. This is a great time saver when making 2+ coffees. I also find the ability to press the symbol for a shot of hot water or to preheat a coffee cup

My personal Flat White maker at home
Coming from a top end Keurig K Cup machine, the K-Café® Single Serve Coffee Latte & Cappuccino Maker, the Creatista Pro takes me into a different level of coffee enjoyment. I am now in a world of true espresso and gourmet level espresso with the ability to pair with rich crema easily and quickly, At the Espresso flagship store in Flatiron NYC, the barista made delicious flat white with the Creatista Pro, using various original coffee pods like Napoli and Shanghai Lungo. I was hooked on the Napoli and how delicious it was compared with the memory of my daily does of flat whites at my local Starbucks. The Napoli is infused with attack, all senses awaken, and the aftertaste of lingering sweetness is addictive.

Leaking out of the bottom
Anyone else have water leaking out of the bottom? Enough water to saturate 3 paper towels? Of course, the machine is out of warranty. The Nespresso help desk did a video call and can't figure it out. It is going in for repairs for a couple of weeks.

Don't waste your money
The milk frothing works fine, but the real problem is the coffee itself. The machine does not create proper crema or foam, and the espresso quality is disappointing no matter what capsules you use. For a machine at this price point, the coffee should taste much better and feel more premium. It’s simply not worth paying this much money for such average results. Don’t waste your money.

Second Creatista Pro to fail in under two years
Very disappointed. This is the second Creatista Pro I have purchased, and both machines have failed in under two years — the first lasted approximately 20 months and the second around 21–22 months. I have cared for both machines exactly as recommended by Nespresso, including descaling whenever prompted. This latest machine suddenly failed with a loud pop, followed by water leaking from underneath, and is now unusable. For a premium machine at this price point, I would expect considerably better reliability and longevity. I was also disappointed to learn when I contacted Nespresso support that I am expected to find suitable packaging, box the machine myself, take it to a post office and then wait approximately two weeks for it to be assessed/repaired. I have been a loyal Nespresso customer and genuinely loved the Creatista Pro when it was working, which makes this even more disappointing. Two machines failing at almost exactly the same age makes it very difficult for me to have confidence in purchasing another one.
