The toner you didn't know you needed

I've used this toner for nearly 3 years. It's is hydrating and nourishing. At times, this is a enough before a light dusting of makeup.

Love this toner! It goes well in my skincare routine and helps boost the effectiveness of the products I use afterwards. AMOREPACIFIC has found a way to put youth in their bottles and somehow help fade 26 year old scars.

I am obsessed with this
