Classy and Stylish

Wrong Shoe
I ordered this shoe online and had it shipped to Century City. When customer service opened the box it was the wrong shoe and size. This happens often with online orders. I have received many used items and I’m not talking about display. Used, dirty,, and wrong items, if you purchase them from online I highly recommend that you have them shipped to the store for pickup because you will have proof that you received the wrong item or used items. Many customers complain about this in the online reviews. Bloomingdales has denied some customers a refund stating that because you have had too many order issues they won’t give the customer a refund. The issue isn’t the customer it’s Bloomingdales. This is Awful and Disrespectful customer service. Just buy them from Gucci or a reputable retailer.
