ABOUT THE FRAGRANCE:
The signature scent, classically feminine yet intriguing. Notes of jasmine, rose and ylang-ylang create a fragrance that is feminine, warm and sweetly floral. Its brilliant top note plays against a rich, sensuous background.
With its vivid flowers and soft undertones, Estée was the second fragrance created by Mrs. Estée Lauder, introduced in 1968. Once, at a party, Mrs. Lauder had noticed the light from two crystal chandeliers shimmering in a glass of champagne and thought how wonderful it would be to capture that image in a fragrance.

Estée perfume & Macy’s: A winning combination
The original Estée perfume is the best ever, I have been using this exact perfume for probably 30+ years. I always make sure I have about 10 perfumes in my personal stock. I love buying my Estée perfumes from Macy’s as I always get amazing sales and specials with my purchases!!

Not happy with scent.
This is different than the original Estee perfume. It doesn’t smell as good as of first formula.

Disappointed
This doesn't compare to the old scent in the frosted bottle! It had no staying power now and it's different from the old one! Go back to the old recipe!!!

So very disappointed
I'm so disappointed that you have changed my favorite fragrance. I have been wearing Estee for almost 60 years. I mostly wore the cologne as the perfume was so expensive, but I wore the perfume once in a while. It has been my signature. When my husband was in ICU from an accident, I tried quietly went into his room so not to awaken him. It didn't take long before he woke up and called my name. He said, I knew you were here because of your perfume. It is sad that you don't carry all the products you used to in this fragrance. I have tried several of your fragrances thru the years, but none of them compare. Why in the world would you change something that is so loved and so successful? My heart is hurting over this and I'm not sure I will get over it.
