Replaced my aging Teflon but even better nonstick
I had reservations replacing my 5-ply Teflon pan that I used daily for breakfast and often for other meals. This pan is just as heavy for even heating but everything slides out of the ceramic coating even better than the Teflon.

NOT Non Stick
Not sure if I received a defected product, but it’s not non stick at all, food sticks to the bottom all the time unless I use excessive amount of oil and very difficult to wash off.

Everything Sticks
Non stick coating is no longer working after 5 months. So disappointing.

Not Non Stick at All
not actually non stick like teflon, food stick to bottom very badly when the pan is hot (around 400 F)

Residue
The small pan has residue on it when i took off tge sricker. Am rwturning

Best frypan!
This is one of my very favorite frypans. Uses very little fat and the fat seems to stay behind in the pan. Deep, even heat.cooks perfectly. Awesome!

Zwilling J.A. Henckels Clad CFX Frypan
My husband needed a new pan for his morning eggs. I needed something he wont destroy. This pan is really good. So far he has been taking care of it and it remains non stick and cooks very well.
