Love the quality. It really should have a cover for the blade. Very sharp

The First One We Used
We no sooner unpackaged and washed this knife than we tried it on fresh Cuban bread, It allowed slices that were clean and thin, not even indentations on either side of the slices. It seemed like there was no resistance as the blade glided through to the bread.
