Whistles Snakeskin and Black Buckled Ballet Shoes

I received the Snake skin version. I am 7.5 med width with bilateral bunions under big toes. The shoe, although not arch supportive was comfortable immediately. I noticed the left shoe seemed wider (most people have a diff in their width feet) than normal and wasn't sure if someone stretched toe bed; no sticker on sole. The right shoe (with a sticker on sole u must leave on to return btw) insole is black as is the left, but only right stained black all my socks several times in upper left toe bed. ITS either fluke defect or on all of this right shoe style. I contacted Bloomingdale's asap. I additionally inquired if both shoes should have stickers on sole..30 min wasted time. Called dept stores ..another waste time. Since black version in my size sold out (mostly wanted to purchase for comparison but liked), I purchased directly from Whistles USA , cost me more, chose the shoe in black as they have both fyi. Just received the shoes, sticker only on RT sole, however the left shoe though was NOT as wide black pair comfortable lightweight little more structured; neither shoe black insert dye came off. The black shoe is goatskin unlike snake skin version . Despite getting a coupon from Bloomingdale after 1st purchase snake, it wud not work ( online return did not see exchange option) so now have a 3rd pair and ordered from them another snakeskin. Obviously bit obsessed with that shoe! Overall Whistles shoe Great price given materials used. I tried 2 Sam Edelman versions calf and croc for comparison,stiff, hurt a big no. This shoe not for a narrow foot unless u wear heavier socks. The shoe is very lightweight, leather with little structure. With a medium width foot you can wear lightweight ankle cotton sock or sheer. Tried Scholl full insert made for everyday shoes and didn't work. I have flat feet with little arch..prob none lol. I will only be wearing them for limited walking, goin out dinner etc.My other shoes are all good quality, provide longer walking, sadly most all leather eg Stuart Weitzman these aren't . I never write reviews but obvious like shoes alot, goin to even keep the black. I am upset with Bloomingdale lack of customer service online and phone, unfortunately no stores nearby.
