Nice dress; style not good for me

This is a high quality dress but the style looked dowdy on me. The skirt is fully pleated which I didn't realize until I received it. I ordered my normal size, which fit in the waist but the bodice was a little loose. Nice fabric. It's navy and blush (not black).
