The quality or the weight
The quality or the weight of the flatware is not like I expected it weighed like plastic or cheap flatware not a stainless steel, that’s why the price is way more than the quality, I like the color only.

too plasticy/lightweight
OK I purchased 6 sets of the clear ones, and on first opening, was immediately disappointed with the weight of them and feel of the acrylic handles (WAY too cheap-feeling for $100/set) - but thought maybe I could just still use them. However, within a day of looking at them, I realized they should be "forever" and these were "ok in a pinch" and why was I accepting that? Also, this will sound weird, but it drove me bonkers that the brand name is on the UP side of the knife when you place the setting - I want to see shiny silver or stainless, not the company name in my face. I know that's a first-world-problem but visually, it drive me nuts. If someone wants to see what brand your knife is, they can turn it over and find out...

I like the design, shape,
I like the design, shape, weight, and general quality of the flatware I purchased. However, I find that there is a lack of consistency in the color of the tortoise-colored handles. Two out of five (40%) of the orignal shipment were much darker (almost black) than the others and not consistent with those pictured in advertising. while the company was quick to replace these two, even one of the replacements lacked the gold translucent quality of the other pieces. I do not know how other colors would be, but not eager to try.

I was very disappointed with Aladdin flatware. The weight was of disposable plastic and was very overpriced for such a poor quality. I returned it immediately.

Beautiful flatware
Love them. They’re great and look very nice on the table.
I purchased the Aladdin place
I purchased the Aladdin place settings in blue and they are absolutely beautiful. They feel good, just the right weight, the forks spear and the knives cut! My everyday dishes are white with a blue trim and the flatware matched perfectly and complemented the look. Customer service was outstanding, and although it was more than I would normally spend, I feel like these will be used again and again!
