Classic Versace colors but run small

Very cute dress with amazing colors, but it runs small. I ordered a size 38 and I normally wear the US size 2 to 4 and I’m 5’2” and the dress did not fit me. I could not zip it. I would definitely order a size up, but it was out of stock.
