The fact that you think it’s okay to send a used shoes to your customer blows my mind. I could have bought this from Neiman for the same price but I bought it from YOU!!! No I have to return the shoes and also missed my opportunity with Neiman because they don’t have this shoes anymore. I will be returning everything I purchased from you. You are a never ever to me. Your customer service didn’t do anything over the phone. Just useless
beautiful elegant shoes but color a little off
I have been dreaming to have this shoes and finally pulled the trigger. They look sexy, elegant and classic. Unfortunately I returned them because the color wasn't what I wanted. Instead of a beige or cream color it was more like a washed marroon or like a weird purple. They run small. Im usually an 8 and the 9 were perfect size. If they sell them in a more of a beige tone I would definitely buy them again
