Good jacket so far

One slight problem

Everything about the jacket was fine but one problem was that there was still a security tag on it which I cannot take off. Now it’s making me go to a store to help get it taken off. Gives me a lot of trouble.

North face quality has gone down

I first ordered this jacket in a small and realized that it was too small so now I have the medium and it still is tight. I am 53 and weigh 130 pounds. It is snug and not as long as I thought it would be. It is also not as warm as any other Northface coats that I’ve had in the past.

Quality issue
