Love the shoe but disappointed with the service.

I love these boots and they were a great deal except I tried on a size 12 and when I gave it to the woman who had initially spoke to me, she said she would go back and get the other shoe. When she came out we went to the cash register and I paid. She made a point to tell me that I could not return this item. When I got home I saw that she had sold me size 11.5 size not the size 12 I had tried on and thought I was purchasing. They are too tight on my feet but I will just have to wear them and hopefully they will stretch out.
