Chain is great! Customer Service is poor.

The chain is great! I'm giving a 1star rating because of the poor response by Customer Service (outsourced to the Phillipines) when I had questions about my account. Also, when I chose an item to use some rewards points toward, I was sent an email offering me $100 off as incentive, but then when I applied the discount code to my order, it was denied. Frustrating, inconsistent.
