I received damaged floor sample

The shoes are so cute and are comfortable. I found that they were true to size. However, I was sent a box with a sticker for “floor model” and one of the shoes was in perfect condition and the other was severely damaged. Strings sticking out, smashed form, and damage to the raffia. So disappointed. I have never been sent used shoes before. I had much higher expectations from Bloomingdale’s. I assumed I’d receive brand new shoes, not something unwearable and damaged at full price.

Bad quality

This shoe looks good online but when i finally got it. It was the worst made shoe Ive ever seen. I can tell it wont last so im sending it back for the money i paid for it

Summer Love

First of all, I LOVE Steve Madden shoes. I’m a size 10, 5’4, 150 lbs. The chunky heel is perfect for a dress or jeans. If you have a wide foot, or a fat foot. This shoe may not be suitable for you. If you have ever worn a pair of Steve Madden boots that are narrow, then you know what i mean. They will be cute on vacay!!!

Extremely poor quality

I wore these exactly once before the stitching and raffia started peeling and the whole shoe fell apart. Expensive waste!

Really wanted to love this shoe

I ordered a size 8 when I usually wear a size 7. I was unable to get my foot in the shoe, due to the whole shoe being very inflexible.

Super cute

Cute shoes and comfy. Haven’t worn them yet so don’t know long term. The instep is a little smooth and slippery but warmer weather will probably help with that. I also put a foot pad in the front to prevent feet from slipping out. I would definitely recommend. Also runs small. I’m a size 7 but needed an 8
