Cute but quality could be better

I wanted to love this dress, but the material on the bust area just felt a bit cheap. It could use a bit more elastic or compression so that you wouldn't be nervous that it would fall down. Even with a strapless bra, it was a little too wide and felt too loose. The trim between the top and the skirt also buckled out a little and didn't stay flat. Sad to return it as it had potential to be a really cute summer dress for a party.
