Phyto-Rouge Velvet offers a surprisingly comfortable and creamy texture that glides effortlessly over lips. Its thin matte film blurs fine lines, conceals imperfections and subtly reflects light for a flawless powdery finish. Lips are left feeling supple, soft and plump. Ranging from nude to bright red, all shades are highly pigmented and can be worn with confidence thanks to its 8 hour wear and buildable coverage.

  • How To Use It

    For intense, well-defined lips: Line the lips with a Phyto-Lèvres Perfect pencil in a matching shade, or one shade darker for a more intense look. Define your Cupid's bow by drawing a cross, then run the pencil along the corners of your lips to join up with the Cupid's bow. Use a brush to blend the product toward the center of the lips, then apply the lipstick directly to the lips with the bullet.

    For subtle color, a bitten-lip effect or naturally defined lips: Gently tap the center of your lips with the bullet to apply a light wash of color, then purse your lips.

Perfect Matte Lipstick

The best matte lipstick, not too dry, stays on a long time! Shade 11 is not as dark as it looks, although number 10 is the perfect everyday shade! The price is high, but worth the extra cost !

Beautiful lippy

I have never bought make up from Sisley-Paris before I told the plunge and bought one of these lipsticks. Now I’m obsessed and have four of them! Colour payoff is amazing - one swipe and perfect coverage. Really creamy in texture and great longevity. Even though it’s a matte colour, it is not drying at all.

Beautiful Matte Lipstick

I normally dislike the matte lipsticks & matte finishes. However, this lipstick is amazing. It is matte without feeling drying on the lips. The color payoff is beautiful.

High price, poor quality

For $75 I expected a superb, high quality lipstick. I had already returned a different Sisley lipstick formulation that broke in the tube the 2nd time I used it. This broke in the tube the 1st time I used it. I used a lipstick brush, rather than applying directly to my lips, with the hope that this application method would add to the product’s durability. No such luck. I will regrettably be returning this as well.

Gorgeous lipstick

I looove this lipstick. The texture is a light matte that isn’t drying. It has a great level of pigment and wears well through the day. The packaging is super high quality and fun too! I have 2 colours and sadly one of the bullets broke on first use, the other has been fine though so I’m putting it down to not having enough padding in the delivery packaging. But something to be cautious of and why I’ve knocked off a star
