Well made pants

I am size chasing these, they are cut large, how large not quite sure, I am waiting on the 8s to arrive, The 10s were big on me and I am generally a 10. The 12s fell off. These will need to be hemmed, if I was 5'12" wouldn't be a problem but at 5'5" I am swimming in them. I think they are Really well made and a nice thicker material, you maybe can get a pair of thermals under always a winter plus. Very extremely wide pant leg...ulta Elephant Bell pants.
