Disappointed

Last year, I bought two sets of these spoons from one of Bloomingdale's stores, and I adore them. I ordered two more sets of these spoons a few weeks ago; they should arrive from the vendor, which they did not; however, when they came, all spoons had too many scratches, so despite my disappointment, I no longer order them.
