Adorable, but you may need to size up

This jacket is adorable but runs small! I’m 5’9, long arms and smaller waist. I was able to zip up the small at another store but it was just too snug at the chest, fell in love and found the m at bloomies. The arms are impressively long and being tall that’s hard for me to get in most jackets. If you want to wear anything under it other than a base layer you’ll need to size up one to two sizes. Even being a m it still a little tight in my chest area (34 D).
