Poor service from Bloomingdales

The belt itself is super nice!! Nice quallity and look of the belt! My boss loves it! But disappointed with bloomingdales--- received this high end piece without any original box or dust bag. Only covered with tissue paper and straight inside the shipping box!! Super disappointed with Bloomingdales!
