Nice looking but little to no foot support.

I love the look of these sneakers, super clean and elegant. The problem is they are super thin with little to no support.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered 36.5 to get a 6.5 as listed on the ordering section. turns out I need 37.5 for a 6.5 which is now sold out. very disappointing as I can not exchange.
