Beautifully made BUT not made for petite frames

This is my first time to try REISS and the quality of material and tailoring is first class. I would have loved this skirt except that it is not made for 5' 4" frames. It was tight but hugged my curves perfectly, however the waistband was way too high almost to my bra line. I don't think going up a size would have improved the fit so I had to return.
