Love the bottle

The fragrance doesn’t smell bad it just doesn’t smell as described . That’s the only reason I’m giving it a 3 . It was not what I was expecting or looking for .

Dream scent

I’m getting into gourmands because of scents like this but it isn’t just gourmand, it’s a complex vanilla because it does have a twist but it is also that familiar caramel like vanilla. It is my very favorite Penhaligon scent, with La Favourite second, and maybe Empressa third. It surprised me a lot how much I loved it because I’m normally a clean fragrance girl. Now I’m obsessed with vanilla. It just has to be the best kind of vanilla which this is. Hopefully I get more Penhaligon scents. Beautifully packaged, it looks like it should be out for display.

Heavenly, but breef

This is such a beautiful autumn/winter scent. I almost chose it as my wedding perfume, but unfortunately I would have had to reapply throughout the day if I had wanted the scent to stay. Such a pity, and certainly not acceptable at such a price point.

Love

I love this scent from Penhaligons. Changing Constance is a vanilla scent but with so many other notes it’s becomes such a special scent. It’s cozy for me, makes me happy and makes me feel secure in some ways. It’s morning and office friendly so not a beast mode perfume. I also own Minuit et Demi and that’s has a more smoky heart in the notes, I also love that one.

Lovely smell

This perfume smells lovely, it’s a subtle but still strong enough flowery scent. Packaging pictures are a little different, probably not something that would really catch my eye in a shop.

Unique scent that makes you fall in love with

Good quality perfume with warm notes of vanilla, sweet but not overpowering, unique scent great for special occasions. Love at first smell but unfortunately doesn’t last as long as expected.

Gorgeous perfume

I absolutely love this perfume. It is very unique and smells divine! It is a sweet smelling perfume with notes of caramel and vanilla. It also has fantastic longevity. Definitely one for the vanity.
