Size medium fit like an extra small

I ordered a size medium and this shirt felt like a size extra small. It was extremely tight and had very little stretch. The pattern in the burnout didn't look the same either. I wonder if the wrong shirt was sent to me and if the wrong size label was sewn into it.

Torn between keep and return

Product is fitted but has a bit of stretch. I could see this looking bomb on a smaller frame (I'm a Large) and with smaller boobs (I'm a DD).

I ordered the black in small and fits perfectly. I waffle between an XS and S suggest going up if you’re in between because it’s fitted.
