Awesome

Love it. I finally freed myself from having the plan in advance my ice cream making whims. I have made all kinds of sherbet and ice cream flavors and they have all come out delicious. I just wish that the capacity was bigger than 1 quart. I’m going to end up purchasing a second bowl and paddle so it will be easier when I want to make larger batches to share with others.

Makes amazing ice cream

The Ice Cream and Gelato Maker is well working machine for making homemade frozen ice cream. The built in compressor means there’s no need to pre freeze a bowl, so you can make batch after batch without any hassle . It has a good size capacity so you can make plenty . The Ice cream comes out with an nice smooth texture - no clumps . Only team downsize is that it it large and bulky but it does make great ice cream so worth finding a space for it

Good machine for making Gelato

Machine works as promised. Make great gelato - I have tried a few recipies from the internet. Definitely better than the ones that dont come with a compressor since slow churning is the key. The only negative is that is quite loud when in operation. This is my 3rd Cuisinart machine so I know its backed by an awesome warranty and quality.
