TWIN Signature knives are precision stamped from a single piece of special formula stainless steel, resulting in lighter weight knives. Great knife!

I was sent the wrong knife, package dangerously.

I received the wrong knife. To make matters worse, it was from a carving set, missing the fork, and had been used. The knife was loose-packed and lacked a box, allowing it to detach from its cardboard blade cover. This could have resulted in injury to the delivery service employee during transport or to me when I opened the box. Bloomingdale’s promptly refunded me and apologized for the inconvenience. I will not be purchasing any mail-order cutlery from Bloomingdale’s again.

Twin Signature 5 inch Serrated Utility Knife

I really enjoy the ergonomics of this knife. The Twin Signature is a nice light weight knife that is easy to use for a long time. Extremely sharp and holds its edge well. I have a 7" Santoku from the same line that I purchased 10 years ago and it is still my go to knife for how it feels in the hand.

Perfect for Breads

This serrated knife is very good to cut breads. Very good for home made breads. If you make wider breads as my mom do, you will like to have a bigger than this 5-inch knife.

So nice we got it twice

Perfect utility knife in the baker’s kitchen. From sandwich bread to pastries, this knife is the perfect size for quick jobs and for helping children how to use a serrated knife properly. Our recent purchase was a replacement for a broken knife we received as a wedding gift 20+ years ago. The Twin Signature line feels good in the hand and gets each job done easily.
