Great for a few years and then they break down.
I bought this a month ago to replace the same towels I bought two years ago. They are soft and luxurious. I had to replace my old towels because they were fraying along the sides.
So soft
I was searching for really soft towels and finally found these. Even after washing they remain soft. They’re the best.

Shedding when washed; damaged washing machine
This bath rug looked great when it arrived. However, my client washed it, per the directions on the tag, and it shed so much that it broke the washing machine filter that resulted in a $500 repair. I tried to contact Bloomingdale’s about making this right and there was no action taken.
Great features
Very soft material seems durable.

Great product
It's very soft and luxurious looking.
Wonderfully soft
Very happy with the bathmat. It’s a great neutral color and feels wonderful under one’s feet.

Oh no.
I like the softness, the color, the thickness but leaves lots of "fluff" lint all over the floor, on my feet, every time I washed it, I certainly discontinued them to avoid to clean all the lint around my bathroom and bedroom, as it is volatile, the fluff moves with the AC to the extent of the nearest bedroom.
