The non-slip handle is worth it's weight in gold

As a Chef's knife it is great. Very nice heft and balance. Working with sturdier product such as meats and poultry it is the perfect choice. However, with more delicate items like seafood--not so great. A beautiful Ahi shishimi block is the wrong candidate for this knife.

Simply the best knives out there!

I absolutely love my classic set. They are incredibly sharp extremely well balanced and just enjoy to use now I have my first performer knife and it is absolutely gorgeous and of course an incredible knife! I cannot wait to get the rest of this set!

High quality and stylish

This knife was an addition to my other Wusthoff Santoku Knife. Both are what Inuse for almost everything unless I need a long skinny blade. I like the smaller handle on this knife a little better than the standard and I love the look.

Santoku Performance

Knife cuts anything like butter and the weight and balance is flawless. Very comfortable to hold and the blade is incredibly sharp. Love this knife and can’t wait to get a few more from the performance series.
