SUBMITTED AS A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRYNo

Extremely disappointed in service

I should have known upon receiving my package that something was wrong. It was just haphazardly thrown into a plastic mailing bag and upon opening it, I realized it wasn't even the right bag. It was a different bottega bag, and one grand cheaper. How the north carolina store made this mistake shocks me. Extremely disappointed and now am weary to order anything high end online from this store.
