Lovely lilac wrong fabric

I have been a Johnny Was client for many years. In the past year it seems, there is a questionable decline in their sourcing for good fabrics. The style is style great, but the material is unfortunately, not the same. The lilac dress came to me already wrinkled and crushed. If the warehouse is sending out returns from others and placing them inappropriate small plastic bags instead of hanging a decent dress properly and with a plastic over lay. When yo u receive things like this you wonder why - what happened..The fabric does not lie - it needs to be upgraded. Style lovely - good fit - material was unacceptable, cheap, and not smooth.
