Great Jeans, but waist sizing is very generous.
First, the jeans are really great. I'm 5'9 170lbs, muscular build with a small waist and got the 29/30 light wash in store. I ordered the medium wash online afterward as it was not available in store. These fit like classic straight legs on me in that size, which is good. My only gripe is the waist sizing is too generous, might just be my pair. My 29 measures 16" flat on the waist so 32" which is very roomy on me. Otherwise, the jeans fits great. Might be worth ordering 2 pairs in different sizes and sending back the one that doesn't work.

Finally a fit for Smaller Waist and Thicker thighs
Have struggled to find jeans that fit me well for a long time. I have a smaller waist and larger thighs and calves cimparativley and these fit perfect. For my build they fit like a nice straight jean would for a person with thinner legs. Im 5'8, 170 lbs. I got a 30x30. The high rise is a great bonus and the pant actually drapes well. My thighs have just a bit of extra breathing room but its not baggy.

Great fit

Too Short in the Rise
I like the styling, but when I sit down the rise up and squeeze my jewels. They need to make the rise longer.
