Major Mess Up Size not Matching Online

The ring itself is beautiful, and I was getting it to celebrate my 20th anniversary. After waiting a week for delivery, I was sent the wrong size (sent a 56, ordered a 53). No one at Bloomindales seems to know what went wrong (after calling CS and the store that sent it). I was told I could return it and try ordering the right size again. Bought during a promotion and will lose the gift card bonus, so seems better to see in person and buy elsewhere to make sure I get the correct item.
