Not As Expected
The reviews were right that this brand tends to run small, ordering larger was the right choice. The front under the bust has the weirdest poof of the chiffon coming out, very off. The dress is also very, very thin. I was expecting something more substantial.
Beautiful Blue - Coastal cocktail dress
I loved wearing this to a nautical themed wedding reception! I had tons of compliments and it was so comfortable. I plan on rewearing it to another event in my hometown later this summer!
Aqua Dress
I wanted to love this dress but it is made so awkward by bust area. There is a piece of fabric that sticks out significantly and puffs out so awkwardly. I purchased 2 different sizes and both dresses have it. So weird why they would have made it like that. It wouldn't be ok for anyone. Also, the straps are not adjustable. The overall craftsmanship of this dress is very poor as well as the quality.
Pleased with result
I bought five dresses for a wedding and this one came out on top. True to size and really pretty. I got a ton of compliments. Length was good while wearing 3 inch heels — I’m 5’3. I have a smaller bust and couldn’t comfortably/cutely wear a bra under it, so I just went for it. Not the ideal look if you’re looking to flaunt it given the dip design, but was fine for me in the end. I see there are mixed reviews, but it served its purpose well for me and I’ll be holding on to it.

Disappointed in Aqua sizing - Too Small -
Aqua sizing is running pretty small anymore. Beautiful dress - wished it fit. Normally a Medium in this brand upgraded to a Large - that was too small and they are out of XL - Sadly Returned Also purchased other Aqua dresses - returned them all. For reference I still wear Medium sizing in other brands.

Pretty colors
Just didn't look good on me
This dress could be perfect but...
I was really disappointed because this is a beautiful dress with great quality and a flattering design. Unfortunately, it is not true to size. I own several Aqua dresses in a size Medium, and they all fit me perfectly. This one, however, is much too tight across the back, making it impossible to zip, even though it fits beautifully everywhere else. Sizing up to a Large would likely solve the zipper issue, but it would also be too long and too loose in the rest of the dress. I also agree with other reviewers about the extra piece of fabric under the bust—it doesn't add anything to the design and would look much better without it. If the dress had fit me properly, I would have happily taken it to a tailor to have that detail removed because it really is a gorgeous dress. I hope Aqua revisits both the sizing and that design element, as this dress has the potential to be stunning.

Fun, easy evening dress
Loved this dress for an evening party at a tropical resort. Just so easy to throw on and was very comfortable. Received lots of compliments on the vibrant colors. Great price point as well. Did stretch out a little as the night went on, surprisingly, so may need to get it tailored before I wear it again.
