I sold Vince for 10 years and loved it until it sold. This blouse albeit a designer cut..it is a low budget broadcloth that could be found at Ross or target.it also is not just black and white it is several black and striped small to large which takes away from the clean look intended.

Not for me...

The shirt has quality fabric and construction. I wanted to wear it as a second layer over tanks and tops. On me the stripes seemed like the top of my dad's retro PJs. I will look for a solid color...
