Simply fill the glass jar with whipping cream, turn the handle and keep churning until your butter is created. Once complete, simply tip out the buttermilk, use the Kilner® Butter Paddles to squeeze out the excess buttermilk and to mold and shape your butter and store with the Kilner® Butter Dish. Paddles and butter dish sold separately. Add seasoning and desired flavors and either freeze or store in the fridge.

SUPER fun and easy.
At first I wasn%u2019t getting any butter. Took a few stops and starts but within a few minutes I had about a half pound of butter and it was so fun! I make sourdough bread every weekend and having fresh butter to spread on it is awesome. Some good flavored butter recipes are included.
