Nice color but arrived sticky from a label

This rug arrived to me with a sticky glue on the back where the label came off. It was impossible to clean off and I didn’t want that on my hardwood floors. The rug itself was a nice color and design. I didn’t not care for the low pile, which was almost no pile. I found the material not really soft to my feet either, although that was not a high priority to me.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your rug arrived with adhesive residue on the backing. That is not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand your concern about placing it on hardwood floors. We value your feedback and will provide it to the manufacturer for review.
